By default, our system will send your Windows VPS (RDP) details to your inbox once you complete the payment and order is ready. Check the mail with the subject: "Your Windows VPS Information". It contains the IP, Username and Password to connect to your server.

However, in a some rare cases, the login details may be in the Spam Folder of your email. Kindly check your spam folder and Mark the email as "Not a spam" so your email provider wont mark it as spam next time.
